Trials (Jury and Non Jury)

The successful presentation of the individual or entity client’s case in the Court requires an experienced trial attorney who has handled non-jury as well as jury cases. There is a substantial and meaningful difference as to how a case is presented as a nonjury or a jury trial. Martin A.
