After graduating a semester early from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was a member of the Honors Lawyering Program, Mr. Allen became an associate at Martin A. Schainbaum, APLC. During law school, Mr. Allen was an extern for the Honorable Marie S. Weiner at the Superior Court of San Mateo County, where he conducted extensive research in the law and motion department. Mr. Allen also worked as a Taxpayer Representative in the Pro Bono Tax Clinic at Golden Gate where he prevailed on a case before the California Board of Equalization resulting in a refund for the taxpayer. Mr. Allen received an LL.M. in Taxation Law at Golden Gate University School of Law.
